we only make three things. each one is built to be found by a buyer who’s already looking.

I could pad this page with “content strategy synergy.” I won’t. Bellerophon does articles, whitepapers, and email sequences for software companies — and that narrow focus is exactly why each one earns its keep. Below is what every format includes, and what it costs to the dollar.

the three formats, in detail

what you get, what it’s for, and what it costs.

An SEO blog article laid out on a tablet beside a marked-up keyword map

seo blog articles

The workhorse. Comparison guides, how-tos, and “what is X” explainers built around the exact searches your buyers run before they’ll book a demo. Every article is researched against the live SERP, not a hunch.

  • 1,500–2,000 words, written by a SaaS-literate writer
  • keyword research + an outline you approve first
  • title tag, meta description, and internal links done
  • a ready-to-send social + email cut-down with each piece
from $875 / article order one article

whitepapers & reports

The asset your sales team actually wants to send. Long-form, gated, and built around original framing or data your founders will be proud to put their name on. We handle research, narrative, and the charts.

  • 3,000–5,000 words with a structured argument
  • source interviews or data analysis where it earns its place
  • print-ready layout notes + two finished data visuals
  • a landing-page abstract and a promo email written in
from $2,400 / asset scope a whitepaper
A phone showing an email sequence beside index cards mapping the flow

email sequences

Where the content actually pays off. Nurture and onboarding flows that take a download or a trial sign-up and walk it toward a sales conversation — in the same voice your reader already met on the blog.

  • a 5–7 email flow mapped to one trigger and goal
  • subject lines, preview text, and CTAs for each step
  • a send-timing and branching plan you can hand to ops
  • one A/B variant on the opener to test
from $1,350 / sequence build a sequence

in every price above

four things that aren’t an upsell here.

01

an outline you sign off

You see the angle and structure before a single sentence is drafted — so delivery is never a surprise.

02

on-page SEO, done

Meta, headings, schema where it helps, and internal links to the rest of your site. The piece is ready to publish.

03

a distribution cut-down

Every article and asset ships with a matching email or social post, so it works the day it goes live.

04

a real human editor

A second set of eyes checks claims, links, and facts. We don’t hand you a first draft and call it done.

the rate card

everything, with a number next to it.

Start with a single piece or roll several into a monthly cadence — there’s no twelve-month lock-in either way. Quarterly and engine clients get a per-piece rate below these starting prices.

Need something that isn’t on this list — a case study, a launch announcement, a one-off ghostwritten founder post? Tell me the goal and I’ll quote it honestly. If content isn’t the right lever for what you’re after, I’ll say so before you spend a dollar.

before you commit

the questions I get before a first piece.

Straight answers, because choosing a content partner is a real decision. If yours isn’t here, email me at hello@gobellerophon.com.

01   can I really buy just one article?

Yes — that’s how most teams start. One $875 article, judged on its own merits. If it ranks and earns its keep, we talk about a cadence. If it doesn’t, you’ve risked one piece, not a year.

02   how fast is a piece delivered?

An article is usually in your inbox inside ten working days — brief on Monday, draft by the second Friday. Whitepapers run two to three weeks depending on how much research and interviewing they need.

03   do you actually understand my product?

Our writers come from technical and SaaS backgrounds, so you won’t spend three review rounds explaining what your API does. We read your docs and your competitors before a writer opens a draft.

04   how many revisions are included?

One revision on a single article, two per piece on a monthly cadence, and unlimited within scope on the engine. Because you approve the outline first, big rewrites are rare.

05   what if the content isn’t working?

Then I tell you. SEO is a slow build, so I ask for about 90 days before we read the data together. Since you’re billed per engagement, you can pause anytime — there’s nothing to claw back.
